Afternoon Snorkel tour times?

Usually we take morning snorkel tours because conditions tend to be better in am. Our ship doesn't dock in Bonaire until noon. There are two snorkel trips available; 12:30-3:30 or 3:30-6:30. Would appreciate comments from someone who has had experience with doing a late snorkel tour in Bonaire. Are conditions generally ok at this time?
