Constellation Ocean View Cabins Question

We are booked on long b2b cruises on the Constellation next January 2019. The booking agent recommended cabin 3120 as brand new with floor to ceiling windows and in a quiet location. But now we see it's under the Rendezvouz Lounge which could mean late night music and dancing overhead. Another agent recommended moving to 3080 which is also midship but beneath the Casino; the agent did not think it would be noisy and better than beneath the lounge. Any suggestions or experience in ocean view cabins on this ship? Thanks!

Cabin 3120 - The windows are floor to ceiling as this area used to be a conference room before they changed to cabins. I've stayed in 3114 a few cabins away. It was very quiet. No noise from overhead. The only people in that corridor are the ones with cabins there.

I would do 3120 in a heartbeat over 3080.
