Can I purchase a 3-5 or 7 bottles of wine package on RC?

We are cruising RC for the first time next month. We are Diamond due to being elite on Celebrity. I usually purchase a 7 bottle wine package on Celebrity rather than the overpriced Drinks Package. We drink mostly wine and with the Diamond happy hour just want some additional wine for our meals.

Can I purchase a 7 bottle package?

The fleetwide wine packages have been gone for a few years, Your ship may or may not offer it's own wine package, but you won't know that until you are on board.
