Confused!!

I am on the Coral doing a partial transit through Panama Canal. If you take a tour do you get off the ship prior to going through the locks??? Are there tours where yu g through the locks on the Coral and then get off and meet the ship later?

You will go through the first set of locks (Gatun locks) to Gatun lake, and anchor there. You will tender to shore, and get on a bus that takes you to your excursion. The ship will return through Gatun Locks to the Caribbean, where it will dock and you will reboard it after your tour.

If you take the Ocean to Ocean tour, your excursion will take you through the other locks to the Pacific Ocean, and then you will bus back to the ship.
