Has anyone stayed at the Vagabond Inn in San Pedro?

I was wondering if anyone has stayed a the Vagabond Inn on Gaffey St. in San Pedro? Was wondering what you thought. Their parking is free for the week and the taxi ride is about $8 I'm told. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
