Princess train ride

Has anyone recently experienced the train ride excursion offered by Princess in Panama? Was it worth it and did you start the excursion after the ship goes through the 3 locks into Gatun Lake? Did you see very much and how was the bus trip back to the ship? Many thanks

There's a bunch of reviews on this board already about the train tour, look lower down and check the back boards (pages 2, 3, etc). Folks seem to love this tour, although the ocean to ocean boat tour gets you better views.
