Sanctuary Ananda in Myanmar

Before we travelled to Myanmar for the first time, I looked here to get an idea of what life would be like on the Sanctuary Ananda, because a three night journey from Bagan to Mandalay was to be part of our itinerary. We've never done a river cruise previously so had nothing with which to compare it, but we are regular Regent Seven Seas clients and hoped for a similar 'country club casual' atmosphere. We were not disappointed. In fact, we had a marvellous experience and would recommend Ananda wholeheartedly.

Myanmar is an amazing country and a river cruise a good way to see some of it. Sadly, we leave tomorrow, but actually, our sadness is only temporary because we join Regent Voyager in Hong Kong on Friday!
