Dispatch of tickets etc for Windstar cruises

Can anyone kindly give me an idea from past experience when I might expect to receive the ticketting information (or whatever pre voyage material Windstar send out)?

It is still a long way ahead that my wife and I will be on the Windsurf 13 Nov Lisbon to St Thomas voyage but we are European based and have several travelling commitments in the days before cruising so it would be reassuring to learn (as we hope) that things arrive in good time!

We received our tickets several weeks before our cruise in March; I don't know if they mail Eurpoean tickets out earlier.

We are departing Rome on September 10th. We got our tickets about August 15th.

We received our tickets yesteday for a cruise that departs on September 25th.
