Dialysis at sea

Does anyone know if cruise insurance covers the cost of dialysis? I know there are a few times a year when you can do hemodialysis at sea but medicare does not cover the costs and neither does my insurance.

No, cruise insurance will only pay for EMERGENCY medical care, not routine treatment. You would probably have to pay cash if Medicare will not cover it. It would be best to discuss this with whomever is organizing your dialysis cruise.
