No dome car available on Brilliance 2/23/07 cruise

I'm going to try this here first and see what kind of response I get. Well Royal Caribbean has just let me know that the Ocean to Ocean by DOme car is NOT AVAILABLE for our cruise!!! Boy am I bummed. Now, the only train excursion they have available is train one way and bus the other.

 

Here is my question...for those of you that have take the train/bus excursion in the regular cars, are you still able to see the canal and whatever is happening? How is the bus ride back? We had our hearts set on the dome car so any help would be appreciated.
