Vance Hotel??? Seattle HELP

Tried my hand at priceline, didn't know what I was doing and ended up not getting a hotel I have ever heard of. To add insult to injury I actually bid more than the regular asking price on the hotel reservation web page. To make me feel better (or worse) does anyone out there know anything about this hotel? At least is the location good for checking out downtown Seattle? This is for the Sat. night we get back from the Diamonds sailing. Thanks bunches.

We stayed at the Vance in June. Older hotel with small rooms, but very clean and right in the middle of downtown. The location is great.
