im checking out this hotel for a one night stay next may before my cruise. it is in the downtown area and we will be able to wander around before we hit the sack. trip advisor has some good reviews posted for it. some constuction was going on next to it but im hoping that is done by now or by may.

if anyone has any knowledge== good or bad=== about this hotel please post.

thanks so much for any help.

Dustyroad, I saw your recent post saying you got a Marriott hotel. I am glad you got that for such a reasonable price!! St.Regis would not be my first choice to show off to visitors to our city! I know they renovated it a few years back, so it certainly might be fine for a one night stay if you were on a budget!! (We have stayed in some not so nice hotels/motels in places and have survived fine!!) We are going to try Priceline for our hotel precruise in Miami.
