Jacksonville hotels shuttle service?

Are there any hotels in Jacksonville that offer shuttle service from the airport and to the cruise port in Jacksonville?

We're booked at the Hampton Inn-JAX(rated #1 hotel in Jacksonville by Tripadvisor) for a very reasonable price. They offer free airport shuttle service, but do not offer transportation to the pier. From all indications, the hotel isn't very far from the pier so we decided to take a taxi in the morning to the pier(approximately $20).
