Any Spirit passengers visit the Boatyard?

I posted this elsewhere and got no response. I will be visiting Barbados via the Spirit. I am interested in going to the Boatyard, but I am concerned about being in port for such a short time (1:00 to 7:00). Have any NCL Spirit passengers gone to the Boatyard. How long was the taxi ride? Were beach chairs still available when you got there?
