I was doing some food search and I came up with this Dutch treat its called Tom Pounce A dutch treat that is a hard baked cake layeres with a custard and topped with iceing. If you look it up it comes in various type depending on the baker. We've had it on Hal a long time ago I was wondering if anyone knows of a good Dutch Pastry shop and its name and location.:D Thanks..........

there used to be a Dutch supermarket w/ bakery going towards the airport and center road. I don't know if it is still there.
