jgirvine2 Posted September 15, 2009 #1 Share Posted September 15, 2009 There are 4 of us traveling with 2 rooms. Is it possible to have access to both rooms on our sea passes? Thanks Ginny
sweetcruiser106 Posted September 15, 2009 #2 Share Posted September 15, 2009 No, you have to have a separate key to access the other room. We sailed with our children in an adjoining cabin last year on Mariner and we obtained a key for their room from guest relations. It was no big deal. erniesband Posted September 15, 2009 #3 Share Posted September 15, 2009 When we travelled with my mom we got her a key to our room and we got a key to hers (both without charging privileges). That way she could use our balcony while we were out during the day (she stayed mostly on board), and we could get into her room if needed. Jodi I didn't know you could get a room key without the charging priv. added to it. Thank you for the info, good stuff.:)

Miss Vickie Posted September 17, 2009 #6 Share Posted September 17, 2009 I didn't know you could get a room key without the charging priv. added to it. Thank you for the info, good stuff.:) Just go to customer service once you're on board, and they'll set it up for you. Tell them you need an extra key, without charging privileges on it. Rare silentbob007 Posted September 17, 2009 #7 Share Posted September 17, 2009 You'll receive a new chard with a large EXTRA KEY written on the bottom so at least it is clear which is which.
soawreanh Posted September 17, 2009 #8 Share Posted September 17, 2009 Would I be able to do this upon check-in as well, instead of waiting until we're on the ship?

You will need to do it at guest relations on board. We always get keys for our kid's cabins. It is quick and painless.
