Bamboo Beach Club, Dolphin's Cove or One Day Pass?

Heading to Ocho Rios in November on the Carnival Freedom. We are only in port until 3pm. Looking for an excursion and stumbled upon the Bamboo Beach Club/Dunn's River through Carnival. It seems really nice but not exactly sure.

 

I noticed a few threads talking about one day passes to the various all inclusive resorts. Is it worth it to do this since we'll only be in port until 3pm?

 

Any and all suggestions are more than welcome. This is only our second cruise--the first on the Carnival Imagination August 2009. Still trying to decide if I like this cruising thing.

Definitely Bamboo Beach Club. I'm a huge fan. It's all inclusive - food, drinks, transportation, beautiful beach, music, and great cultural entertainment - plus the price was great!
