Port help needed-Caribbean and Amazon

I use a walker to get around the ship and on excursions.Could some of you great folks give me some suggestions for the following ports{will be on Oceania's Amazon adventure}Frederiksted,V.I.,Scarborough Trinidad and TObago,Dominica,VirginGorda,Cayo Levantado, D.R., GrandTurk..The Amazon ports are Santarem,Boca Da Valeria andManaus. Anybody been there and done that? Can not walk for extensive time. Thanks in advance!!!
