Looking for some feedback from a user of "Mobal GMS World Phone" They advertise 'you pay only for calls made', but don't tell you cost/minute!:confused:

Go to the Europe ports of call as that is where I've seen discussions and learned about the company. They are pretty good. Check out telestial.com too.

On their website, look at upper right corner. Page Contents:#2, click on Call rates. Scroll down until you see #2 Call Rates and Coverages, in green letters: " Tell us where you are travelling", click on that and choose your destinations. Hope this helps.

I have a Mobal phone that I use when I am abroad. It works very well and I am very happy with it. They charge by the minute -- so, if you are not careful, it can get expensive. Rates vary (I am not sure how or why) from $1.50 to $2.00 per minute -- but once you have bought the phone, there are no monthly charges or other expenses of any kind.

Did I interpret the website correctly in that they issue you with a British mobile number? That's what I need, since I am travelling to Britain, but just wanted to confirm that has been other people's experience?
