Snorkeling in Cabo

Dear Househunter or anyone else who may know,

We will be on The Carnival Splendor in a couple weeks and would like to snorkle in Cabo. Ship docks 7a - 3p. Johann & Sandra (cabosanlucastours?) have a 4 hour tour departing at 9:00. I read that they use SunRiders or Oceanus. When I looked up their sites - their tours leave at 11 and return at 3 which would be cutting it too close. Can anyone clarify?

 

Also - is there a time difference in Cabo? We will be there after US Daylight saving time starts - but I think it has already started there. I think right now Cabo is one hour ahead of California time - but will that be the case after Nov. 1st????? :confused:
