Balcony vs Mini Suite? Is it worth paying extra? Deciphering cabin categories.

We have sailed twice on Princess, both times in a mini on Emerald deck. We know we do not want a mini on Dolphin as they are totally exposed (just our preference). We could not get a mini for our Hawaii trip Sunday on Emerald so we picked a balcony on Caribe deck aft. We love sitting on the balcony. Will see if we can handle the smaller room.

I make my own booking with the cruise line and then shortly before final payment is due, transfer it to a warehouse club that I belong to. They give me an extra discount and my exact reservation, including stateroom is transferred to them. Best of both worlds!
