personalizer problem

Hi all,

Is anyone else getting the message "invalid input - passport expiry date" when you try to enter info into the cruise personalizer?

 

This is coming up for both me and my travel companions--and only one of us is using a passport. I've tried everything obvious (making sure everything is correct, etc.) but no luck. I also called 1-800-Princess and the lady I spoke with didn't know about the problem or how to fix it.

 

Anyone else with this difficulty and any possible remedies?
