any sort of nice shirt, (golf shirt, Hawaiian sirt, anything but a T-shirt) and any sort of nice looking pants. Most wear pants like Dockers, and now NCL allows jeans as long as they aren't ripped et al. Hawaii is VERY casual where many people just ignore the formal night. No shorts are allowed even if they are nice.
