Theme nights on Sun Princess

Hi,

just checking if Princess has theme nights like P&O, as you can see we are off to New Zealand for a 13 night cruise and wondering if we need to organise some dress up items for the kids. They had a pirate night on our 2 night cruise, but it was only the entertainment staff that dressed up.

Hi Bixy. The Sun Princess had 2 theme nights on our cruise in April. One being Island and the other being Cowboy where people where encouraged to dress up. The boutiques on board sold check shirts and island print shirts and you could also buy leas (not sure if thats spelt right:rolleyes:) You could save your self some $ by picking up a Hawaiian shirt before you left. From what i remember people didn't really go to the much effort with the exception of the shirts. Hope this helps. Have a great time!

Sure do! Exactly the same ones that P&O have on our last 10 night cruise with Princess we had island night, 80's/rock night and cowboy night. 80's and cowboy some people got into but island night the majority of people got right into it, was a fun night :)
