problems booking the super shutle Auckland

Has anyone else had problems booking the super shuttle for Auckland.

I go thru all the prompts and when it comes to a phone number it will not allow me to leave it blank and starts off with it's own country code.I tried emailing them which requires downloading some other system and says it is not encripted Yuk!!! Would like some input if anyone has been successful booking them.Thanks

I tried booking using a Mozilla FireFox web browser and had problems with certain fields not coming up and the calendar not populating. I then used Internet Explorer as the web browser and it worked absolutely fine.

 

Other option email them. I emailed them after I made the reservation to confirm WHERE the pickup would actually be, and they promptly replied. Very nice and helpful customer service employees.
