Will Celebrity dock at the new Mahogany Bay in Honduras?

Just saw the news about the new docking facility - it looks beautiful. Will Celebrity dock there?

No, don't think so that is a Carnival Corp project. Also, RCI has invested in the existing port infrastructure. That happens to be why we are trying out the Carnival Dream next year.

We're on the Equinox in March and would like to go to Mahogany Beach for the day. Does anybody know how far this is from where Celebrity docks. I was so hoping they were using this docking facility.

We're just back from Mahagony Bay in Honduras on the Crown Princess. We were the first ship to dock there and it is very nice. Two other ships were docked quite away from our dock. There is a nice shopping area and a lift that will take you to the beach area or you can walk there. The beach looked very nice. I think that it could be expensive to take a cab there but don't know.
