BooBooMonkey Posted December 28, 2009 #3 Share Posted December 28, 2009 Unless it has recently changed, you do not have to send them in. It has always said that on there, but I have always used them once on board to apply to my OBC. Never had a problem. Most recent was over a year ago, so I'm not saying things haven't changed since then. Let us know what you find out! Boo
rvrgirl Posted December 28, 2009 #4 Share Posted December 28, 2009 We always take ours to the pursers desk and have them applied to our account as soon as we board the ship..........
serene56 Posted December 28, 2009 #5 Share Posted December 28, 2009 In all our cruises on carnival (9) have NEVER mailed them in. I dont trust the mail system and I'd rather carry them on myself. you vist the purser desk anytime and have them applied to your account. You can call carnival many times with the same question and get different replies. The people at the pursers desk will not ask you why you didnt send them in- for all theyknow is you just received them. PS- dont forget to pack them- they do expire. peaece13 Posted December 28, 2009 #6 Share Posted December 28, 2009 We carried ours on the ship this past summer and took them to the guest services desk. She didn't even bat an eye...took them and credited our account.
