vow renewal on Zaandam

I've booked a vow renewal ceremony on HAL Zaandam. Just wondering if anyone has any information on how it all works. I know that it is usually a group ceremony on the ship with anyone else who has signed up, but beyond that I don't have a whole lot of details.

 

How much notice do you get of when it is going to be scheduled?

What time of day is it?

Can you share any photos?

 

Its a surprise for my husband who tried to do something similar for me for our anniversary trip to Greece last May. His heart was in the right place, but didn't realize he'd have to arrange something ahead of time to make sure the priest was available & the church was open. :)
