This one was very close to the downtown area. Rentadora Isis.

I haven't used them. They were highly recommended on various Cozumel boards however.

 

Just make sure whomever you rent from, that they include full coverage insurance in their rate or you know what that insurance will cost you up front. They were quite responsive to emails.

 

We docked out at the far end, and I used Alamo there.
