ATV/Jungle park excursion

Has anyone ever done this excursion? There will be 5 of us, with one being my 10 year old daughter. I have read that you must be 4 ft. 6 in to do this excursion, my daughter is 4 ft. 5 inches right now, perhaps she will grow an inch in the next 2 months. I am wondering about the jungle park. Once you begin it..... is it something that you can stop in the middle of and be done or do you have to keep going through the whole thing..... I would love for someone to explain to me what type of "playground" activities there are. I know the two 18 year olds would love it, but not sure about my 10 year old- thanks for any information.
