Budget Car Rental Shuttle in Charlottetown

I've reserved a car from the Budget University Ave location for our day in PEI. Someone on this board has mentioned that there was a shuttle from the port to the Budget office. Was this shuttle automatic, or do I need to call to arrange it? I saw nothing on the reservation page pertaining to the shuttle.

Can't remember for us if it was budget (I think it may have been National), but we just called the car rental place from the info desk at the pier and they were down to pick us up in 10min. Patted the horse and talked to the young girl doing horse drawn cart tours outside the info booth while we waited.
