Lahaina/ Day 2 Maui what is there to do while there??

I think we are going to go for our 2nd day in Maui, I would like to know what is there and is there a beach to spend some of the day at?

Kaanapali is a great beach - and probably the beach that most folks think of when they think of Maui. And, if it was me, I'd catch a trip on the Gemini off of Kaanapali. (www.geminicharters.com) Great day in my book!

My vote is for Kaanapali Beach. Never cruised there, but have visited 10-12 times and going again in May. Snorkel off beach at the Sheraton (Black Rock)-enter at south end-can park at Whaler's Village. We always end up for parts of some of the days in Lahaina, about 6 miles south of Kaanapali.
