Latest time for disembarkation

I know a lot of people want to know how early can they get off the ship, but I'm asking for the opposite. With all the issues with immigration and Homeland Security, does anyone know how late can one get off the ship? As we're going to arrange for our own transportation to get home, I want to know how late can I tell the car company to pick us up from the pier. We'll be sailing from Cape Liberty in May.

Unless there is a reason why things are running late, they really like to have everyone off before 10am, or even earlier if at all possible.

On Equinox, we requested late luggage tags from guest services and it was for 9:50 am.
