Can you bring canned pop and bottled water on board the Pearl

Can you bring canned pop and bottled water on board the Pearl. Our last cruise was on Carnival Liberty. We brought a case of Diet Coke, Coke and a case of bottled water. Can you do the same on NCL Pearl?

Over New Years, we slapped a luggage tag on a 24 pack of water, and it ended up in our cabin without problem. I would assume (but couldn't guarantee) that pop would be the same. The scrutiny paid by NCL to this stuff is, from my observation, greatly overblown.
