Carnival Sensation Shore Excursion Question

Hey everyone, my wife and I are getting away for a cruise in Feb. all by ourselves (plus 30+ family and friends) and my wife said she wants to be more adventurous and wants to try snorkeling. Yes she thinks snorkeling is adventurous! We will be in Freeport and Nassau any recommendations as to which would be a better place?

 

We were just in Nassau In Dec. on the Oasis and didn't even get off the ship we had our daughter who is 4 and she just wanted to swim and go on the merry go round. We have been to Nassau a few times and never do all that much there so I thought that might be a good option for something to do, but then again we have been to Freeport as well and there doesn't seem to be all that much to do there either.
