What can you tell me about cabin 4130 on the Miracle?

We are looking at booking cabin 4130 on the Miracle. Is this in a good location? It looks like it might be over the Fun Shops. Is it quiet there? It is a little ways away from the piano bar on the lower deck. I hope we won't here noise from there. Any information would be helpful.
