? for Rex St. Lucian --need your thoughts

I am thinking of booking a ship tour to the Rex St Lucian for a beach break. Can anyone who has been to the Rex St Lucian tell me if this is a nice place? What is the beach like? Any negatives? Thanks in advance for your thoughts:). I have been to St. Lucia before and did a sail to the Pitons and saw the volcano.

I'm going to give this a bump up because I'm interested in this tour as well. Also, does anyone know if we can get a day pass from the resort directly?
