Grand Suite location?

I understand the Atlantica and Mediterranea are the same deck plan. If you have been on either of these ships in a grand suite where were you located and were you pleased?

 

We are currently booked on the Teseo Deck (Deck 4) on the Mediterranea aft corner and want to know if we should change or not to a different deck. Concerned about noise and movement (seasickness)

Were were in a GS on Mediterranea on deck 8 - It had a small living area, dressing room, large bathroom, large bedroom and huge wrap around balcony with a table and chairs and 2 full sized loungers - perfect for private sunbathing!

 

I know that most deck plans are close to scale, so if size matters, the GS cabins on deck 4 are a bit smaller.

 

The ones midship are more "open concept" and the balconies are smaller as well (still larger than any other category however)

thanks for the suite info.. we have a GS on deck 7 so i expect it to be about the same size as the one on deck 8.. who was your butler and did he/she do a good job.. i've read posts where the butlers were not willing to provide good butler services, such as in cabin dining, etc...

We actually had our same butler on Atlantica as we did on Mediterranea. This was 2 years apart. He remembered our preferences and timing for everything. Horrible of me to admit, but I can't remember his name! :o
