Upper deck vs. Lido

We are going to be on the Conquest 8/1/10, for $140 more is it worth the upgrade. what are some of the advantages of the lido deck.

Not really, only if you are a big time daytime out in the sun person....Have stayed on this deck on a cruise and it was nice just to walk out on to the Lido deck but, the upper deck is right above all the night time activities and diningrooms so it is a trade off to me. I'd keep the upper myself.....
