Lugo and Betanzos

Has anyone been to either of these two cities? We will be docking in LaCoruna and will be there for 9 hours. I have been to Santiago and would like to see something different.

 

Any information would be appreciated. We are planning on arranging a private tour.

Obviously by the lack of responses...no one on CC has ever been to these cities or cares to recommend them. That in itself is a recommendation NOT to go and to look for other options at LaCoruna.

Betanzos is little town with a nice medieval old town. Lugo is fairly bigger and it´s a traditional small galician city, with also a nice (a bit neglected old town) but with the only complete Roman walls which goes around the whole old town, and it´s walkable from the top. Regular trains from La Coruña Bus Station.
