jenhu, when we've sailed on her in the past we got there around 12:30 and it wasn't that bad. Now that she is sailing out of Bayonne I don't know for sure. There was a library on the ship the last time we sailed and I haven't seen anything saying that it was going to move or be replaced as part of her overhaul. We're going on June 26th. When are you sailing.

Hi! I was on May 9-15. There is a Library.

Not sure about the refurbs on Deck 4.

We arrived in Bayonne around 12:30, and it was a breeze getting through boarding and onto the ship. I was glad that we got there early, we avoided a lot of the crowd.

The bus takes you from the terminal to the ship, just a quick ride across the parking lot.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

jenhu,

no need to be nervous. there were problems but we still had a great time. (and the $100 credit RCI gave each stateroom wasn't bad either.) They were still working on some things for the 5/9 sailing but they are finishing as fast as they can and literally working around the clock so hopefully all will be well for your trip. someone mentioned (can't remember which thread) that there were no plumbing problems on the 5/15 sailing. that sounds like progress. everyone at our dinner table was on deck 4, none of us had refurbished rooms. there was a smell issue in the 4613 area (middle of the deck) but we were ok up front (4529 area.)

the staff was outstanding. they made the trip for us. A++
