Which beach is best...

We'll be on the Valor on March 6th sailing...looking for something to do....we'd love to do a beach resort with beach volleyball or something...but other than that...I don't see many other options. Also, I have read about a lot of beaches having sand flees...any particular beaches better than others in regards to this problem?
