Visit Hell and Seven Mile Beach

We are going on Freedom in May and would like to visit Hell and Seven Mile Beach. My mother in law (80) will be with us too. Is there a public beach that offers chairs anywhere or which location would you recommend? We were thinking about just taking a taxi to each one. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We are just off the Crown Princess and did Hell then 7mile beach.

IMO Hell is a total waste of time and a cab fare to get there. We were on 7mile beach (Sea Grape??) Lost of chairs to rent. Quick and easy walk to the chairs.
