Maasdam Info, Please

Can anyone tell me about cabins BA220 or BA205 on the Maasdam? They are at the back of the ship and look like they have very large verandahs.....is that true? Also - what is on the other side - looks like a very large, open deck with lots of chairs, etc. Is this a public area?
