The beds in concierge class are stated as being "pillowtop". Are they the same beds as the rest of the ship?

 

Anybody find a way to make them more comfy? I know they will bring you a foam pad...but we find most of those are old, worn out and not much help.

 

Anybody try adding and air mattress?

 

Any suggestions.
