Is there anyone who explored the Sage Mountain National Park and could tell me more about it, how far I need to walk from the parking aera, if is it worth to reserve more time to spend there?

We will be in Tortola 7am-2pm, we plan Cane Garden Bay Beach for about 3-4 hours and then the Sage Mountain. Is it enough time for all that?
