It's a shack on the far left side of Orient beach that serves drinks and food. I've been there and would not recommend it. Better to take a taxi to the main part of Orient beach where there is more variety of shops, eateries, and bars plus a long stretch of wonderful swimming beach with plenty of lounges to rent.
