If you had to pick one island to go on a catamaran cruise, which one would it be (Antigua or Barbados)?

 

Anybody have experience with NCL "Catamaran Sail" excursion in Antigua?

Eli Fuller has a catamaran in Antigua, the Dolphin. I'm not sure he's doing cruise passengers on the cat yet. He runs the best tours in Antigua, and in our opinion, of any island we've ever been on, and I'd check them out - www.adventureantigua.com. Info@adventureantigua.com is their e-mail, and they can tell you if they're offering Dolphin for cruise ship passengers yet. Do check out his sailing tour, on Ocean Nomad. She's not a catamaran, she is a hand-built traditional Carriacou sloop. We sailed her in January - best day of our cruise!

 

Barbados has a number of very good private cat excursions. We particularly liked Silver Moon.

We did the Excellence circumnavigation and had a really good time except for the really rough water that we had for about 20 minutes on the way to Green Island. The food was good and the trip was informative about island tales, celebs homes were pointed out and we had a quick tour at English Harbor where we saw the Maltes Falcon anchored.
