Horseback riding in Puerto Rico

HI, we will be sailing on the Adventure of the Seas on April 11 to 18. We are staying in San Juan for a couple of days post cruise. One of the things we would like to do is go horseback riding.

Can anyone recommend a place where we could do this? We are not really experienced riders, although we have rode before, so we don't want anything too adventurous.

We also want to do a bioluminscent tour as well, so if there was someplace where we might be able to do both, or in close proximity to each other, that would be awesome. We are willing to rent a car to do this.

Thanks in advance for any help.:)

There are a few places. Just past the airport in Campo Rico there is a place that goes to a nice cave with petroglyphs, a limited number of quality horses. There is a place in Luquillo where you ride to a river for a swim. This is a huge place- 70 well used horses. This is the place the cruise lines use.

And there is a place in Humacao where you may be able to ride on a beach. Nice place also.

All are close enough to the BioBay.

I can't name names, but do google searches and you will find them.
