Constellation and Select Dining

I booked a C2 Cabin on Constellation a few weeks ago through a T/A for the 1/2/2011 Panama Canal sailing. At the time, the only dining option available was the 8:30p traditional dining. There was no select dining option at the time, but I was told that it would become available in a few months. Okay, but why wasn't the earlier traditional dining option available? They had no answer for that. Is this normal for Celebrity?

Yes, I have. There are NO options besides 830p Traditional seating.

It is very possible that there is one (or more) large groups that has made the first seating full at this point. It is showing as "closed" - not waitlisted - so you won't be able to get it right now.

 

Will it come available between now and next January - I would think so.....Ask your T.A. to check it weekly and I'm sure when some of that group inventory is returned the seating will open up.
